Cristal FitzGerald Joins PPT as Customer Service Manager
We are pleased to announce that Cristal FitzGerald joined Power Pro-Tech Services as Customer Service Manager based in our Operations Headquarters in Ball Ground, GA. In this role, Cristal is responsible for all aspects of our National Accounts’ customer service, including scheduling, dispatch, Field Engineer support, and vendor management.
Cristal brings a wealth of customer service management experience to the PPT Team from eight years in a similar role with Pro Power Solutions, LLC, in Norcross, GA. She also worked with Gen-Tech, Inc., in Gainesville, GA, and several supply houses.
In discussing her new position, Cristal said, “It is exciting to work at Power Pro-Tech Services where we have a dedicated team whose daily objective is to provide the highest degree of customer service. PPT provides us with all the necessary resources to let the customer know that their satisfaction is our primary concern.”
